Genetic anomalies in the HOUSE

Posted in slappycast by slappy on May 24th, 2007

Dear friends,

This week on the Odd Preoccupation featured a visit from the 999 Eyes Authentic Freakshow, a genuine traveling freakshow and cavalcade of human oddities, proudly and bawdily proclaiming the grand spectacle of genetic diversity both hither and yon. The interview, which begins in Part 1, continues in Part 2 with a lovely song by Jackie the Human Tripod backed up by That Damned Band.

Part 3 contains the Episode 2 of our continuing radio adventure serial, Moon Over Morocco. Part 4 features several pieces by poet Rae Armantrout, followed by an excerpt from an early play by Physical Plant Theater entitled Barber, Tall Man, Cora, Clown.

By the way friends, I’ve decided to start dating these posts by the date the radio episode aired, as opposed to the haphazard and procrastinatory “schedule” by which I post them to this blog. I don’t know exactly how that will affect RSS subscribers, not that I have any; do backdated posts still get picked up as new by podcatchers and RSS aggregators? If you know, please let me know here — muchas gracias!

Love and delay,

Slappy
